The Company

The company TELEGLOBAL E.E. was established in Ioannina in 2007. Its scope of activity includes the provision of services related to the design, development, installation, management, and technical support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects, including telecommunications services, wired and wireless networks, hardware, software, computer systems and information technologies, as well as the construction and maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure.

Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Policy

The Management of TELEGLOBAL E.E. has adopted a clearly defined Policy for Quality, Environmental Protection, and Occupational Health & Safety as a fundamental means for its continuous development. Through this Policy, Management expresses its commitment to delivering safe and high-quality services that meet customer requirements and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, in a manner consistent with the Company’s name and position in the market.

Management Systems

In order to achieve the above objectives, TELEGLOBAL E.E. has designed, developed, and implemented the following Management Systems:

  • Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015
  • Environmental Management System – ISO 14001:2015
  • Occupational Health & Safety Management System – ISO 45001:2018

  • Providing services within agreed timeframes and terms.
  • Informing customers and planning improvements concerning quality, safety, and environmental performance, based on customer feedback.
  • Continuous training and education of personnel to strengthen quality awareness, environmental responsibility, and professional competence.
  • Ongoing efforts to minimize complaints and non-conforming services.
  • Provision of adequate financial and human resources to support processes related to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety.
  • Promoting improvements in energy performance, efficient use of natural resources, and implementation of waste minimization and recycling practices.
